    • Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded in full, minus any transaction or handling fees, if applicable.
  2. Order Cancellations After Shipping:

    • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may return the item under our return policy (details below).
  3. Returns & Exchanges:

    • Items that are received in new, unused condition and in their original packaging can be returned within [insert number of days] for a full refund or exchange.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake made by us.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
  4. Non-refundable Items:

    • Customized or Special Orders: Electric skateboards that have been customized or specially ordered (e.g., personalized designs, special accessories) are non-refundable.
    • Missing or Damaged Packaging: Items returned without the original packaging, instructions, or accessories, or if the packaging is damaged, may not be accepted for return.
    • Items Purchased Beyond the Return Period: Products that are returned after the specified return window (typically [insert number of days]) will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
    • Discounted or Sale Items: Electric skateboards purchased on sale, during promotions, or at discounted prices may not be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.

    • Batteries, Chargers, and Other Consumables: Batteries, chargers, or other consumable accessories, once used, may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
